1.the problem is you have broken linux image kernel

you have to select other health image kernel

now I have 4..*...latency broken ,so i select health image like 4...*.generic

or you can enter generic then apt install 

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:danielrichter2007/grub-customizer
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install grub-customizer

edit you first ubunut start system image

你的kernel image壞了，選一個好的來啟動，然後修改grub
